Welcome to the Plant Rooted Mama Tribe 🌱
We are a collective of heart-centered mamas who care deeply about how we nourish our families, our bodies, and our lives.

This is a space for mamas who are:
✨ Plant-based or plant-curious
✨ Rooted in movement, mindfulness, and natural living
✨ Craving connection with others walking a similar path
✨ Passionate about raising kids with intention — body, mind, and spirit
✨ Not into diet culture, toxic wellness trends, or hating on our body type of energy

We move together (stroller/carrier walks, hikes, yoga flows, workouts), share nourishing food ideas, swap real talk about motherhood, and support each other through the beautiful chaos of raising little ones while trying to stay grounded.

If you're pregnant and wanting to have a healthy strong delivery, or postpartum and working on recovering or maybe you've been doing the mom thing for a minute so you're wanting to get back into activities you love like training for a triathlon, race or tough mudder with friends or get back into sports like soccer or volleyball with like-minded mamas, we're here for it. :)

You don’t have to be 100% vegan. You just need to care about wellness, kindness, and conscious living — and want a like-minded mama tribe that gets it.
