What we’re about
This is a group for anyone who would like to join others and camp together. The more the merrier. We could explore all the State Parks, beaches, etc. We could do Camping happy hours, camping movies, etc. Whether you camp in a tent, trailer, or RV that's just great. All age groups welcome. Families, singles, couples. Dogs are very welcome but it would be expected to keep them under control and pick up after them.
Our Camping Club is meant to be extremely inclusive. There will be one main camping trip per month during the camping season. The hope is to develop a camping community. It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that if you would like to go camping more often, want to take a backpacking trip, have some other special trip in mind, etc. you will be able to post it on this site and see if any other members would like to join you. You would need to plan the trip, write it up, and host. I will post any trip that doesn’t conflict with our main camping trip. Just let me know.
