Hello everyone! I am happy to see new members in the group.
I just wanted to warn everyone that next 2 months we will not have stretching classes because I am having maternity leave. As soon as i will recover after labor and will have my new routine I will announce an event here.
I am looking forward to see all of you in the classes;)

What is it stretching and why is it important to stretch our body?

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is deliberately expanded and flexed in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.
