Ready to move, breathe, and connect with your body — all while enjoying the beauty of nature?
Join us for a free Pilates session that’s open to everyone, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned mover.
What to Expect:
A full-body Pilates class in a peaceful outdoor setting
Variations for all levels – from first-timers to advanced athletes
A chance to build strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness

About the Instructor: Aria
A former professional ballet dancer who performed across France and Spain, Aria brings a deep understanding of movement and anatomy to her teaching. Certified through the Pilates Process program in Canada, she blends classical Pilates, yoga, and dance to create dynamic, accessible classes that help you build strength, improve posture, and reconnect with your body.
Note: the class will be taught in English, but don’t worry — it’s easy to follow, even if English isn’t your first language.
