I will be sending out a reminder one week before this event and 2 days' prior. The restaurant and I need an approximate head count for staffing purposes, seating arrangements, and game preparation. I was assured we could have separate checks. (Fingers' crossed.)
If you need to cancel, please let me know ASAP.
Attendance Fee: $3.00 to cover administrative fees. Please pay at the event. An attendance list will be circulated.
Notice: If you are bringing a guest, I will need to know his/her name.
"Repeated" No-Shows will not be allowed to reserve for future events. This Stipulation is now being enforced.
