What we’re about
Whether you are new or have years of experience, we welcome you to come expand your understanding of Lean/Agile and your network! We would love to have you.
We are a casual but engaged group of people who are passionate about building community, support, capability and agile mindsets in our area. We gather so we and the people we work with better learn/adapt, honor customers and workers, deliver value and enjoy what we do.
Our gathering format varies. We do frequent Lean Coffee sessions(http://leancoffee.org/) which involves attendees determining the topics. We do quarterly Lighting Talk sessions(a bunch of very brief talks allowing a lot of presenters and topics). We are also starting panel sessions along with longer talks regarding topics of interest.
Code of Conduct:
The Princeton Agility community drives toward equality and inclusion of diversity representation, expertise, and involvement in the agile community. We value diverse idea representation to empower the agile community and enterprises and believe everyone is better off when more ideas are shared.
In support of this mission, Princeton Agility wants to ensure a respectful, safe and inclusive environment for everyone, whenever they are engaged in any activities, events, social media, or operations connected with Princeton Agility.
Please read our complete Code of Conduct (https://bit.ly/3AEGuPF) before attending a meetup. See you soon!

🚀 Join Us for an Engaging Agile Experience! 🚀
Interested in discussing Agile and Lean concepts? Meet with us to share your stories, ask questions, or simply listen. All experience levels are welcome! We use a Lean Coffee approach to the meeting, which means you suggest the topics and attendees vote on the topics they want to discuss. We time box discussions to leave time to explore multiple topics.
We invite you to be part of an exciting gathering where you can:
📣 Share and Learn: Share your Agile and Lean stories, ask burning questions, or simply lend your ear to benefit from the experience of others. Every Agile enthusiast and every interested newbie is not only welcome but celebrated!
🗳️ Lean Coffee Approach: You create and help prioritize discussion topics, and attendees vote on their preferred ones. Our time-boxed discussions ensure that we explore multiple topics effectively.
