Let’s be honest—crypto and blockchain businesses are notorious for being solution-led, with a focus on tech over customer needs. But how do you bring in product-led thinking and make it stick?

The focus for this year is all about figuring out how product frameworks can actually work in this space. We’ll talk about the challenges of shifting the mindset from solution-first to product-first, share examples of where this has been done well, and swap ideas on how to make it happen in your own company.If you’ve got examples, questions, or even just frustrations, bring them along. Let’s learn from each other and find some practical takeaways.

This first session however is an introduction, our second session will follow up with a more formal agenda where we can look through some of the examples brought up in person. I may also have a special guest joining!
