What we’re about
ProductTank is a global network of meetups and provides an opportunity for Product Managers in Zürich to exchange ideas and experiences about Product Design, Development and Management, Business Modelling, Metrics, User Experience and all the other things that get us excited.
Events include talks from guest speakers on topics around product management, networking opportunities, and a good old-fashioned chin-wag over a beer or two.
We're open to companies big and small. We also welcome early-stage technology businesses looking to learn how to get their ideas off the ground.
We also have a blog and encourage the community to get engaged by commenting on or writing new posts for http://www.mindtheproduct.com
Finally, check out our annual conferences in San Francisco and London: http://mtpcon.com

Dear all
We are excited to announce our second ProductTank of 2025 - featuring two inspiring women in product and two interesting topics:
COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
(Daria Beliakova, Senior PM at Monday.com)Most product managers approach competitive analysis with good intentions only to end up overwhelmed, misfocused, or stuck in a sea of feature comparison spreadsheets. In this talk, Daria will share the common mistakes she made (and many PMs make), what changed when she faced a competitive jungle at monday.com, and how she turned chaos into actionable product strategy using a mix of frameworks, AI, and hard-earned lessons.
Daria is a Senior Product Manager at monday.com, where she leads the security team. Previously, she built dating products at Bumble and explored the future of VR at Meta. Outside of her day-to-day job, Daria is a mentor and teacher to those looking to break into product management. Moving to Zurich this summer, she’s excited to meet the local community and give her very first Product Tank talk.

In this talk, Corinne takes you behind the scenes of building internal products at SRF. From the struggles of driving adoption to measuring impact without revenue metrics, she shares practical strategies, surprising benefits, and real-life stories that reveal the hidden art of internal product management.
Corinne is a Product Manager at SRF where she develops user-centric data and AI products for both internal and external users, driving innovation in the media industry. Passionate about shaping Switzerland’s tech landscape, she mentors aspiring product managers, invests in startups, and advocates for diversity.
