Lindsay, Founder of Yoga Nut, is a Speaker with NSA-WNC, Team Development Specialist, and Worksite Wellness Professional. She has supported business teams since 2011 through teaching mindfulness sessions, wellbeing practices, and tools for stress management. As an entrepreneur, former corporate employee, and mama of three, Lindsay knows what it's like to feel stretched thin and with limited time in the day. She also knows the importance of filling your tank and how to do so seamlessly so that you can show up for all aspects of your life.

Gemelli is an homage to our family’s Italian heritage and foodways, serving simple, flavorful food using fresh, quality ingredients. Located in Westgate Shopping Center next to EarthFare, with ample free parking, Gemelli presents a casual European-inspired setting and grapevine-wrapped covered outdoor patio that's also dog-friendly. Gemelli will be closed to the public during the PROpel AVL Connect event on the 15th, so you'll have the whole space to sip, graze, and mingle.
