Calling all health-conscious individuals interested in improving their well-being and increasing longevity through the ancient practice of Qi Gong! Join us for weekly classes every Thursday at 11am at Country Fields Park in Erie. Here we will learn and practice gentle movements, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote energy flow, reduce stress, and enhance overall health.
