R.A.D. Bookclub (Read. Act. Defy.) is not your average book club—it’s a movement. A collaboration between Uspark Central Valley and Judging by the Cover: A Bookstore, we gather to read with purpose, question everything, and take action.
We dive into abolitionist, pro-immigrant, Queer, radical, and feminist literature across all genres—books that challenge systems, ignite resistance, and inspire real-world change. This is a space for those ready to think critically, unlearn oppression, and build a community rooted in justice and liberation.
