Welcome to this week’s women’s circle! Tonight, we’ll focus on connection and self-discovery. We’ll begin with a fun icebreaker to set the tone and get to know one another better. From there, we’ll explore the evening’s topic, 'Women and Leadership,' through open discussion, sharing our thoughts, and reflecting on personal experiences. This gathering is a space to connect, grow, and be inspired by one another’s journeys. We’ll close with a moment to set intentions, leaving with fresh perspectives and a sense of support. Below is the "Mindful Musing" for the week which includes our Main Topic and some questions for us to explore together!

Leadership is often defined by power, strategy, and influence, but at its core, it is about connection—connection to oneself, to others, and to a greater purpose. Women in leadership bring a unique and necessary perspective, one that is often shaped by resilience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complexity with grace. Yet, despite progress, many women still face internal and external barriers that challenge their ability to lead fully and authentically.

One of the biggest shifts in leadership today is the move from authority-based leadership to influence-based leadership. Women, often socialized to be caretakers and communicators, naturally excel in this space. But what happens when these same qualities are undervalued or perceived as weaknesses? The challenge is not just about breaking glass ceilings—it’s about redefining leadership in a way that values emotional intelligence, collaborative decision-making, and ethical impact.

A mindful leader is not just someone who directs others but someone who deeply understands themselves. How does self-trust impact decision-making? How does the way we view our own worth shape the way we lead? Women often struggle with imposter syndrome, yet they also lead some of the most transformative movements and organizations in the world. This contradiction begs the question: How can we step into leadership with a sense of undeniable presence and personal power, rather than constantly proving ourselves?
