We are looking to attract serious investors who want to make higher than market returns to invest with us in the short term as well as long term. We Plan on bringing the top real estate gurus to speak on all subjects related to creating sustaining real estate wealth. Members will have a myriad of investment opportunities like commercial shopping strips, multifamily, to single family homes brought to them from noted real estate experts. We want this to be the top real estate investment club in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are inviting: Hard money lenders, Private money lenders, Investors, Contractors, Insurance agents, Realtors, Brokers, Syndicators, and anyone who is interested in real estate investing and has a strong desire to learn and invest at a high level.
Cohost Gary Massari, CEO REI Homes and ADU Inc., Gary is the driving force behind our success, and recently won Northern California Builder of the Year. Gary made $3.5 million in proceeds for his investors with just two luxury home flips yielding returns as high as 30%. Gary also cohosted a very successful wealth building radio show with KPIX broadcasting with Kathy Fettke here in San Francisco. The listening audience grew to over 25,000 per week, and famous guest such as Robert Kiyosaki frequently shared, and soon we were helping people become highly successful investors.
Cohost Karen Douglas, Senior Vice President, works in partnership with REI Homes, to provide funds required to purchase and complete high yielding investment opportunities to our private money investors and partners. With 33 years of experience in the mortgage and money industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our real estate investors. She reviews every deal and provides investment summaries for those projects that qualify to our investors so they make informed and wise decisions when choosing our projects or investment opportunities.
