A great optional extra is a 90 min cruise from the heart of Camden on the beautiful ‘Jenny Wren’ Canal boat….sit back and relax as you watch the world go by travelling through the famous Camden Lock, before sailing through London Zoo and Regent’s Park, with a short canal tunnel to Robert Browning’s Island at Little Venice, returning to Camden; accompanied by an interesting commentary from Jenny’s crew!

### By popular request, join our spring day out to the gorgeous Allington Castle – Tuesday, 29th April

Allington is a hidden gem in the Kent countryside, privately owned and only available for these unique tours. This medieval 12th-century castle is located about three miles northwest of Maidstone. The castle is fully furnished in keeping with its medieval origins, with tapestries and antique furniture, as well as the Great Hall, where Henry VIII & Anne
Boleyn dined with Sir Thomas Wyatt around 1530.

We make the journey by coach to Maidstone where you can enjoy a little time in the town pre-cruise time, perhaps enjoy a light lunch or time to shop before we board the Kentish Lady cruise boat.

Sailing to Allington, we begin our tour of this historic castle. You will also have the opportunity to walk through the gardens with the castle stewards and gardeners.

On the return journey on the Kentish Lady, you will enjoy tea or coffee and cake before disembarking at Maidstone for the return journey.

Staying at the 3* Westhill Country Hotel, this family run hotel is set in five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens on the outskirts of St Helier.

ersey is such an easy to explore Island, with so many wonderful places to visit and things to do; here are just a few to tempt your taste buds….Historic and Ancient sites including 3 Castles; the Jersey Zoo (Durrell’s); the Jersey War Tunnels, wonderful coastline, stunning beaches, beautiful countryside, fantastic food made with the help of Jersey cows and not forgetting the Royal status of its humble spud!

To get you started on your exploration; there’s a full day island tour included, so you can familiarise yourself with Jersey. The Island Bus service is amazingly efficient and easy to navigate with a bus stop right outside the hotel, the complimentary hotel minibus is also on hand on
occasions too.
