A naturalist will take you on a walk around the Reedy Creek gardens and surrounding trails for a peak into the lives of these amazing critters. Must be able to walk up to one mile on uneven terrain. Discover the therapeutic benefits that nature has to offer. Through proven mindful techniques, such as sensory engagement, meditation walks and sit spots, we will slow down and open up to the healing power of the more than human world. No experience needed. Led by a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. Adult participation required if under 18.
