Get outside, get moving, get healthy! Fresh air, sunshine, beautiful surroundings and wonderful people are included! This is a medium to fast walk of 2.5 to 3 miles over an hour+ on uneven terrain. Adult participation required if under 18. Meet at the Reedy Creek Nature Center.

In this month's BioDiversity Hike we will explore the Mount Jefferson State Park, a Natural Landmark located in Ashe County. We will explore the vast array of biodiversity and views in the park before heading down to the New River for a relaxing 2 hour river tubing adventure. Participants must be able to walk up to 4 miles on uneven terrain, the hike is rated moderate to strenous. Adult participation required if under 18.
