Come out for a brisk and invigorating walk in the woods to explore the seasonal changes and connect with nature. This guided walk will be an excellent opportunity to check in on environmental dynamics, track and spot wildlife, and keep active this winter. Make sure to dress for the weather! Magnifying lenses and binoculars will be available. *Meet at the Reedy Nature Center Parking Lot.* Adult participation is required if under 18.

Winter is full of magical wonders to explore and delight in. Come along for a fun family adventure on the Reedy Creek trails. We will travel 1 to 1.5 miles over uneven terrain during this program. Adult participation required if under 18.

This wellness session will focus on new beginnings as we start a new year. Discover the therapeutic benefits that nature has to offer through proven mindful techniques, such as sensory engagement, meditation walks and sit spots, we will slow down and open up to the healing power of the more than human world. No experience needed. Led by a certified Mindful Outdoor Guide. Adult participation required if under 18.

Get outside, get moving, get healthy! Fresh air, sunshine, beautiful surroundings and wonderful people are included! This is a medium to fast walk of 2.5 to 3 miles over an hour+ on uneven terrain. Adult participation required if under 18. Meet at the Reedy Creek Nature Center.
