Join our forest bathing program in the beautiful setting of Merian Gärten in Basel to relax and let go off stress!
This guided experience will take you on a gentle discovery of the sounds, smells, sights and feels of nature – and of yourself.
The program is a gentle, slow, guided sensory experience in form of sitting or slowly walking in nature.A wellbeing practice for physiological, psychological and social benefits, for example improved functioning of the immune system, stress-relief, improved relaxation etc.
