I (Mark, RAB co-organizer) am on the board of Bikes Together, a nonprofit bike shop and community hub in the Mariposa neighborhood that works to offer used bikes and bicycle education on an equitable basis.

Woods Boss will donate $1 to Bikes Together for every beer sold October 28 between 5 and 8. So, come have a pint (or 2), and help a great organization.

Cafe Paprika, an Aurora tradition nestled in a strip mall, features exotic yet homey foods from the Mediterranean and North Africa, especially Morocco. Familiar fare such as hommos and falafel are tasty and well-prepared, but also explore traditional soups and tajine (stew).

Chef Radek Cerny is a Denver institution, and his French/European menu at Atelier is a delightful throwback to white table dining of the past. The charmingly decorated bistro in City Park West is the perfect setting for classic dishes such as escargot, lobster ravioli, and steak frites.

Chef Penelope Wong, a 2024 James Beard Best Chef finalist, has opened a brick-and-mortar restaurant in Park Hill to share her acclaimed Asian dishes, with a focus on dumplings of all sorts. Her cuisine is an homage to traditional Chinese food with an American, contemporary twist.
