What we’re about
We're a group of fun, chill, and educated 20 & 30-somethings in and around Rockland County. Join us for a variety of activities, from happy hours to game nights, to hikes and more without taking the train to NYC. Suggestions for events are highly encouraged! If you're interested in helping to plan something or have ideas, please reach out!
Group Policies:
This group has a zero-tolerance policy. Organizer/Host reserves the right to remove or ban you if they feel your behavior warrants it. If you are offensive, disrespectful, or cause drama, you may be removed or banned from the group.
RSVPs & Multiple No Shows will result in removal from this group. Emergencies happen but check your schedule before RSVPing.
If your RSVP/Attendance record has No Shows, or multiple last-minute RSVP changes from Yes to No, you may be removed or banned from the group.
Contacting other members: If anyone makes you feel uncomfortable at an event, tell them nicely and, if they persist, report them to meetup.com. Don't share your personal contact information with anyone unless you are certain you don't mind them contacting you. Please do not Greet, or message, or email members that you have not met in person.
Remember that with all Meetup groups your safety is ultimately your responsibility. The group organizers and event hosts cannot be held responsible for anything that happens to you at Meetup events. By being in the group, you agree to follow these policies. The Organizer and Event Hosts have final say in all matters.
Please be courteous to other members by updating your RSVP timely. Repeated no-shows will get you removed from the group.
*A clear photo of just yourself is required for membership in this group, other wise membership request will be denied and/or outright banned for ignoring it.
Your profile photo can initially be blurry or pixelated due to a glitch in meetups software, so upload more than once just to be sure and verify. You are also required to at least have your first name, no initials/single letter for a profile name or unnecessary characters. Failure to do so is why your account can be denied and/or outright banned for ignoring it.
**Any harassment of any kind is grounds for immediate removal, as well as not being within the confines of the group title. Law enforcement can and will be contacted if necessary
Bringing ANY drama to this group is a reason you won’t be welcomed anymore.
