What we’re about

This is a group to support fellow people struggling with PMDD or PME and to help build community through exercise. Aerobic exercise, such as running has shown to help reduce symptoms of PMDD and PME for those struggling. This is an inclusive group, for anyone dealing with this disorder, regardless of gender. Amateur runners welcome, this is intended to be a low-pressure jogging group focused around the mental health benefits of any exercise, not intense running/training. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME) affects 1 in 20 women, you are not alone.
