Hey! I’m Dawson. I’ve been obsessed with business for the last 8 years and helped scale two startups past $30M+ in revenue. I’m starting RVA Young Founders to solve a simple problem:
Where do young, ambitious founders go to meet other people like us?
Not just to network—but to actually connect. To talk shop. To hang out. To go on hikes, grab drinks, and swap stories about the chaos and joy of building a company.
This isn’t a pitch night or a surface-level mixer. It’s a space for real builders to meet, open up, and grow together.
This group is for you if:
You're a founder or business owner between 20–40
You live in or around Greater Richmond
You’re actively building and scaling something real
You’re the kind of person who:
Loves people and wants real connection, not ego games
Openly shares numbers, lessons, and mistakes to help others grow
Contributes where you can, asks when you need help
Isn’t a robot—you have a sense of humor, enjoy life, and want to be around others who do too
