Known for enhancing customer experience, system reliability, and cost optimization, he’s led notable projects and platforms serving complex businesses and millions of customers.Special guest Fran Guerrero, an in-demand speaker and a Training Consultant. Fran is a highly efficient and methodical QA expert, with extensive experience in leading teams and optimising quality processes. As an ISTQB- certified Agile professional, he specializes in project management, collaboration, and DevOps best practices. His colleagues’ teams describe him as methodical and analytical, with first-class troubleshooting skills, and as their ‘go-to’ for developing and implementing effective quality processes.
