Join Maggie and Sarah for an engaging and fun cooking class where plant-based cuisine comes alive and you’ll learn to prepare vibrant, seasonal vegan dishes from scratch in this hands-on class. Both Chef Maggie and Sarah are passionate vegans for health and use only wholesome Plant-Based food. They will share their expertise and guide you through the processes of making yogurt, cream cheese, and gazpacho.

– Food Preparation and instructions on how to use chef’s knives chopping vegetables
--Cooking demonstrations of all 3 menu items
--Learning nutrition and food safety
--Eating the dishes we prepare: bowl of gazpacho, appetizer plate, and yogurt samples

The full “Himalaya” Menu will also be available to purchase, and we encourage you to purchase at least one item out of respect for the kindness of the owners in the use of their place.
