Sahaja means Born with us. This is a natural form of meditation and works the same way as other functions in our body. For example, we continue to breathe without being aware, similarly, lot of things happen in our body we are not aware of but they all work towards keeping us healthy and functioning. It begins with the process of awakening our inner energy, that would give us peace and balance and continue to help us keep balanced in our day to day life. Sahaja Meditation is established in more than 100 countries around the world.
