Meet Crystal White
Crystal White is a seasoned Occupational Therapy Assistant with a heart for healing. She's spent over a decade in the medical field, helping people face various health challenges like aging issues, injuries, and Dementia.
After her own struggles with stress post-childbirth, Crystal found solace in Reiki Healing and Tarot readings in 2018. Balancing family and career, she started offering healing sessions, discovering the power of silence and sound therapy along the way. In 2020, she found her passion for drumming, forming a deep bond with her instrument.
Crystal's approach blends sound therapy, drumming meditations, and self-awareness guidance to empower others in their healing journey.
Her mission? To create a safe space for self-expression and growth, guiding people towards a more fulfilling life.

Breathwork is a powerful healing technique that provides healing to your body, mind, and spirit.
Guided by Leonora a Certified Breathwork Facilitator. This sacred circle is held in ceremony with music and your connection to open mouth breath. Breathwork can provide powerful awareness, unlocking unseen blocks in your body, mind spirit.
The benefits of guided breathwork is to release stress and anxiety, aids in calming the mind, and opening the body to release tension and pain, restoring your connection to your power and life purpose. Breathwork connects you to your inner spirit and subconscious. Helps anyone with their spiritual, mental, emotional and physical healing guidance.

This will be an online Zoom meeting.
This is a free event, but love offerings are appreciated:
Must be a member of this meet up group and RSVP to be admitted to this online event.
We will start with greetings and then introduce ourselves. Then we will:
- Be led through a meditation to ground with Earth energy and come into the present moment.
- Half the group will receive from the other half for 10 minutes.
- We will then switch, and those that gave will then receive for 10 minutes.
- Once done with the initial exchange and if there is time remaining, Reiki Practitioners are encouraged to remain on the call and give Reiki to themselves for 10 minutes before we adjourn. This will be done using Usui hand positions and/or the "teddy bear" technique. Mo will lead you through the self treatment.
Everyone is welcome at this event, whether or not you are attuned to Reiki. Those not attuned to Reiki or another healing modality will receive only and may observe after if they wish.
