🧘🏻♀️ This introductory trauma-informed Full Body Fascia Release + Restorative Yoga Workshop with Greater than 3D is designed to help participants release 70-80% of their tension and stress, regain mobility and improve overall well-being through a combination of intention, movement, breath work, education, and holistic practices. This experience will include gentle stretching, breath work, fascial maneuvers and restorative yoga nidra in order to open up the fascia, release tension in the body and reduce stress and cortisol in the body. We recommend practicing 10-15 minutes a day for best results.
What is a fascia maneuver? A fascial maneuver is a mix of intention, movement, and breath that releases tension restricting our movements and bodily functions within the matrix of our fascia. Over time and with consistency, performing the maneuvers can eradicate pain and initiate healing in every aspect of the body, from chronic pain, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, depression, brain fog, insomnia, inflammation, muscular dysfunction to hormonal imbalance & more!
Class will include a brief introduction, intention setting, demo & education, parasympathetic nervous system stimulation through breath, fascia release & breath work, parasympathetic nervous system stimulation through restorative yin yoga & yoga nidra meditation/silent reflection. We recommend attending the full weekly series Nov 4-March 17 for maximum benefit.
