What we’re about
The 5v5 Monday League at TOCA STL kicks off on June 23 and runs through August 4, with games taking place every Monday from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The league spans seven weeks, featuring six weeks of regular season play followed by one week of playoffs.
All matches will be held indoors at TOCA STL, located at 4900 Manchester Avenue, Suite 500, St. Louis. The format is 5v5, and the league is open to players of all skill levels. Each team may register up to 11 players, and participation is capped at six teams to ensure competitive balance.
Games are 55 minutes long, consisting of two 25-minute halves and a five-minute halftime break. A certified referee will be present at every match. The winning team will receive medals and a trophy, and the top scorer of the league will be awarded an MVP trophy. Jerseys will be provided to the two finalist teams, and a professional photographer will capture moments from the final game.
There are no gender requirements for participation. Footwear regulations prohibit cleats; only artificial grass shoes with short studs are allowed.
