Sleep less and get more energized! Exercise less and gain more strength! Talk less and influence more! Eat less and gain more nutrients! Work less and achieve more goals!

We are focusing our practice on meditation in motion, balancing the elements within our body and harmonizing with nature.

The practice will focus on breathing exercises, proper Form training and deeper delving into a proper mediation practice.

We understand that some people prefer to stay home during this time of uncertainty, which is why the class will be available on our Facebook Group and be shown live here at 8am on Saturday:

Tai Chi Forms & lung cleansing exercises
