See all- Trail Work: Mission Trails - E TicketMission Trails Rim Trailhead, San Diego, CA
It's E-Ticket time again!!!! Thank you so much for pitching in and helping to fix up this classic SD trail! It's been neglected for WAY too long... It's sad right now, I mean like REALLY sad and unhappy right now. Will you step up and help make E-ticket feel happy and loved again? This will be a labor intensive trail work session, please make sure to bring lots of water, electrolytes, adderall, fireworks and some munchies.
Important Note: if you cannot stay for the entire duration please don't RSVP, just shoot me an email and let me know you're coming. Do to the number of volunteers I'm limited to, we need all the bang for buck we can get. On that note, I'm looking for People that are interested in helping out with ETicket on the regular that would like to be a trail crew leaders. The more trail crew leaders I can get, the more people we can have out fixing things up! There's a LOT of work to get done.
Please meet at the Missions Trails Rim Trailhead (gate #4)
MAP LINKLook for the Insanely, Ridiculously, just mind numbingly good looking Volunteer wearing an orange SDMBA shirt. I'll be the one hanging out next to the gate yelling at anyone with less than 200mm of travel front & rear (joking). We should have access to a truck so we get to drive in again, Yay!
We’ll kick off the event with Tacos and Tequila (Errr.. sorry Freudian slip, no alcohol allowed) I mean an intro and safety talk before we head to work area. We will spend our time doing a variety of tasks, which may include trimming/brushing, eating tacos, clearing drains, being micro managed by the lead volunteer guy, repairing tread, doing rain dances, harassing hikers (joking again) and more.
** This event subject to last minute postponement/cancellation because of adverse weather. Please check back here for any changes!**
WE TAKE YOUR RSVP HERE AS A CONFIRMATION THAT YOU WILL SHOW UP.
If something unexpected comes up or you feel ill before the event, please message us on MEETUP so we can fill your spot.YOU NEED TO BRING:
