Learn the basics of seated meditation, join like-minded seekers in sharing in the energy of group meditation, and listen to a Buddhist dharma talk by the eloquent Genjo that always speaks to the heart of living as conscious human in the world.

Please always register as there are some days that Kevin is away on retreat and the meditations will be removed from the schedule that day.

🌿 Amanda will gently guide you through 45 minutes of restorative yoga, inviting you to release tension and sink into ease.
🌙 You’ll then be guided into savasana, where Amanda will fill the room with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
💫 During savasan, Jana will offer acupuncture, a gentle practice that supports balance, relaxation, and energetic flow.
Together, these practices create a beautiful synergy—leaving you grounded, renewed, and aligned.
