Breathwork is a transformative practice that harnesses the power of your breath to unlock a deeper connection between your mind, body and spirit. We invite you to experience the transformative potential of breathwork—a simple yet profound journey back to your essential self, where every inhale brings strength and every exhale releases what no longer serves you. Embrace the rhythm of your breath and discover how it can shape a path to a more peaceful, healthful, and enlightened existence.

This immersive breathwork practice will be coupled with the powerful and deep energetic cleansing and whole body balancing of the selenite cave.

We will practice a variety of breathing techniques designed to relax the body and balance the mind. This experience is appropriate for all skill levels.

This experience is $33 per person and will be held in the Selenite Cave.

Event times are Sundays at 5:30pm and 6:45pm.
There is limited space available! These are limited to 7 participants in each experience so reserve your lounger in advance.

*Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes in advance to get your spot and get comfortable.
**There will be no late entry and no refunds if you are late.
***Because there is limited space, please be sure to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if your plans change.
****Anyone with the following pre-existing conditions or circumstances should consult with a physician prior to practicing breathwork:

• Cardiovascular issues

Healing Yin is a slow paced style of yoga focusing on long holds in specific postures (asanas) with the concentration on your breath. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or just starting your journey, this class is for everyBODY.
During this class the use of props (blocks, bolsters, pillows) is highly encouraged and will be provided, if you have your own feel free to bring them. This unique style of yoga creates balance in the body and brings peacefulness to the mind.

Please bring your own mat and your most authentic self to the class :)

Are you looking for guidance? As a clairsentient, Gina connects to your higher self through guided meditation and sound healing, retrieving inspiration, guidance, and confirmations. Gina clearly communicates your own personal message throughout the meditation by raising the vibration of each attendee.

These events are limited to 10 participants each for comfort and enjoyment of laying directly on the sand if desired.

*Please arrive 20 minutes early. Once the Salt Therapy begins there will be no entry to the cave allowed.

*No Rescheduling is allowed less than 24-hours prior to your event. This policy is due to these events often selling out well in advance.
