ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Carolyn is a healer, coach, and artist. She started her first business in her early twenties which gave her success and freedom for ten years before she burnt out. She found the end of her business to be really difficult because she helped a lot of people but mentally and physically couldn’t do it anymore. When she found her first coach she learned to see the patterns that contributed to her burnout and bad boundaries were at the heart of it all. She decided to pursue a coaching certification with Martha Beck's WayFinder training, which is a coaching style that blends the healer, artist and teaching paths. Her passion is helping other business owners to avoid burn out so that they can continue to do the amazing work that they do in their communities and in the world.
