A pioneer in complexity science and naturalising sense-making, he has developed groundbreaking frameworks such as the Cynefin Framework, revolutionizing how organizations navigate uncertainty and decision-making.
With a background spanning government, industry, and defense, Dave has led innovative projects, including DARPA’s Genoa II and Singapore’s Risk Assessment and Horizon Scanning system. He is also the principal designer of SenseMaker®, a software suite transforming impact measurement, citizen engagement, and strategic foresight.
