An evening of nature, reflection, and connection by the sea

Come join us for a nourishing sunset walk by the ocean — followed by a heart-centered gratitude circle on the sand.

This is a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and end your day feeling grounded, uplifted, and in tune with what truly matters.

We’ll begin with a walk on the sand as the sun starts to lower on the horizon. As we walk, you’ll be invited to reflect on the beauty in your life — the small, often unnoticed moments that deserve to be acknowledged.

After the walk, we’ll settle into a circle on the sand for a 15-20-minute heart-brain coherence meditation.

✨ You’ll experience a simple practice to shift into heart-brain coherence (inspired by Dr. Joe Dispenza and the HeartMath Institute).

✨ You’ll walk away feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself and others.

This is for you if:

• You’ve been feeling disconnected, stressed, or just craving something real
• You love the ocean and the healing power of nature
• You want to bring more joy and peace into your life without needing to “fix” anything

What to bring:

• Small towel or blanket to sit on (that you can easily carry)
• Layered clothing (it can get breezy)

LOCATION:

We’ll meet at Robert C. Frazee State Beach, just north of Tamarack Beach in Carlsbad. You can access the beach via the ramp at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Carlsbad Boulevard.

PARKING:

Street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhood. For best results, enter Tamarack Beach Resort & Hotel (3200 Carlsbad Blvd, Carlsbad) into your GPS. The resort is directly across from Frazee State Beach — park nearby and walk to the top of the ramp by the beach to find us.

IMPORTANT:

Parking & walking to the meeting place can take 15+ minutes, so please plan to arrive by 5:45 PM to allow for walking and finding the group. We’ll meet at 6:00 PM, begin our beach walk shortly after, and end around 8:00 PM, just after sunset.

This is a relaxed, come-as-you-are gathering. Paddle or kayak at your own pace, meet other kind-hearted humans, and enjoy the beauty of nature as we soak up the summer energy together.
