For years, Adventure 16 sponsored a parking lot hiking and camping equipment swap meet. It is back on May 10 after being resurrected last year as the GREAT OUTDOOR GEAR EXCHANGE. [See photos below from last year's Gear Exchange]
>>>> LOOKING FOR SOME NEW OR USED GEAR ??? <<<
hiking, backpacking, tents, trail running, snow sports, mountain biking
Mark it on your calendar ... come check it out.
Bring your no-longer-needed equipment to sell, barter, give-away, or trade. We all have things we no longer use or need. Let's get them out into circulation for others to enjoy. OR Come look for good used equipment to keep you going outdoors for the next few years.
BECAUSE SPACE IS LIMITED, sellers should bring GEAR & CLOTHING for the following activities:
- Hiking and Trail Running
- Backpacking
- Tent Camping
- Mountaineering
- Mountain Biking
- Self-Propelled Snow Sports
- Adventure Travel
Please avoid bringing Gear & Clothing for the following:
- Boating (except kayaks < 10' long)
- Fishing
- Diving
- Surfing
- Paddle Boarding
- Hunting
- Team Sports
Sounds like fun. An opportunity for the San Diego Outdoor Community to gather, have some fun, and share stories.
This event is sponsored by the A-16 Foundation [a (501) (c3) organization]. A modest fee will be asked of sellers, as a donation to the Foundation.
See more information on the A16 site or to reserve a seller's spot, see the following:
