Welcome to the Seattle Women in Tech Meetup Group!
This group is for professional business women/non-binary folks and marginalized groups in the tech industry who are looking to network, share resources, and support each other in their careers.
Our meetups will focus on in-person connections in a private setting to create a safe space. Events will include networking events, guest speakers, workshops, and other opportunities for professional development.

October Social Walk - Ballard Locks to Golden Gardens
Let us move away from our screens and walk! Anyone on waitlist can join too, we have no limit on size as this is an outdoor event.
Meeting Location - Please read carefully and do not rely on Maps app
We will meet in front of Ballard Locks North Entrance (on Ballard side, off NW Market St, not Magnolia side - see map here) at 9:30am. After a quick round of intro, we will walk to Golden Gardens along the Burke Gilman Trail, climb the stairs up to Sunset Hill then back to the Locks. Roundtrip is approximately 4.2 miles. We will be moving at leisure pace to talk and look around, so I estimate it will take about 2-2.5 hours.
Optional - pizza lunch at Pagliacci near the Locks when we get back to the Locks
