By participating in Senior Cycling (50+), you acknowledge that outdoor cycling involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to physical exertion, unpredictable weather conditions, uneven terrain, and possible wildlife encounters. Senior Cycling (50+) does not guarantee the safety or well-being of participants, and all individuals join us at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally prepared for outdoor cycling challenges, and to take appropriate precautions to mitigate any risks. By joining Senior Cycling (50+), you agree to assume all risks associated with outdoor cycling and to release the members, its organizers, and other participants from any liability or claims arising from your participation.
