Welcome to the Shamanism, Art and Magic Meetup! This group is for those who are interested in exploring the realms of Shamanism, Earth-based spirituality, intuition, tarot, astrology, yoga, mandalas and more. If you suspect (or know) there's more to this world than you've been taught about in school, and want to learn more, this is the meetup group for you. Come ask questions and get to know other open-minded, kind-hearted journeyers on the spiritual path.

This is a monthly shamanic journey circle for those trained in Core Shamanism and compatible methods. We meet in-person in Little Rock.
What do we do? We share and create community within the circle, we drum and do journeys for self, journeys for others in the group, and sometimes we do journeys of service for various situations as we feel called.
What is Core Shamanism? These are the shamanic methods as taught by Michael Harner and The Foundation for Shamanic Studies, and those trained in this tradition. You don't need to have trained with the foundation specifically, but you do need to have familiarity with these methods and to be able to work with them. - Workshop: Introduction to Shamanic JourneyingNeeds location$150.00
In this introductory class you will learn the basics of Core Shamanism, including:
- shamanic cosmology and worldview
- how to enter non-ordinary reality safely and consistently
- meeting your power animal and other guides
- navigating in non-ordinary reality
- interacting with your guides for knowledge and healing
After taking this workshop you will be able to participate in our monthly shamanic journey circles where you can deepen your shamanic practice.
The class schedule is:
Friday, Jan 24, 2025, 6 - 9 PM
Saturday, Jan 25, 2025, 9 AM - 4 PM.There will be a lunch break on Saturday. Bringing your own lunch is recommended. There is a refrigerator, and microwave available. You may also buy lunch at a nearby restaurant.
The class location is in Downtown Little Rock. I will email you the address after you register. This location is wheelchair accessible.
The early registration price is $150, good through Jan 5. This is a fantastic holiday gift for yourself or a loved one. As of Jan 6, and after, the price is $175. Registration closes Jan 22. Please contact me about sliding scale pricing if you have financial need. You may also contact me if you wish to contribute additional funds to help cover those who cannot pay the full amount.

About Una: Una began studying Core Shamanism in 2008. In 2010 she completed training in Soul Retrieval healing. Una has done shamanic healing work for clients ever since. She was a founding member of the Seattle Shamanic Teachers Collective and has taught shamanic journey skills to many students. Una has led and participated in shamanic journey circles for many years. She is an active member of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies. Una moved to Little Rock, AR, in 2022 and is happy to be building shamanic community in her new hometown.
