What we’re about

All who identify as women are welcome. This is a space to gather, speak your truth, and connect through the power of shared stories.

This circle grew from the Immigrant Women’s Circle, a space dedicated to first-generation immigrant women seeking connection and understanding. While that community remains a vital part of our work, Sharing Our Stories – Women’s Circle expands the invitation to all women, recognizing that while our journeys are unique, the need to be heard and held is universal.

What to Expect
Each gathering centers around a chosen topic—either introduced by the host or collectively decided in a previous session. We begin with a grounding meditation to help us arrive fully, followed by journaling prompts or a visualization to guide reflection. There is time for personal sharing and open discussion, where every voice is honored and no one is expected to offer advice or solutions.

This is a space to speak, be heard, and learn—without judgment or the need to perform. We hold each other’s stories with care, trusting that there is power in being witnessed.

Our Intentions

To create an inclusive, supportive environment where all women feel welcome.

To honor the experiences of all women while opening space for all who seek connection.

To disrupt the silence and isolation many women experience by encouraging honest, open sharing.

To hold stories with care—without offering advice or attempting to fix.

To listen deeply, speak truthfully, and learn together.

Whether you’re here to share your experiences or simply hold space for others, you belong.
