Welcome to Simply Epicurious
From food novices to epicurean gourmands, Simply Epicurious Epicurians always have a fun time trying new spots, old haunts, and established venues throughout the Twin Cities. Join us to share laughter, great conversation, a good meal and drink. Our events include breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, and other happenings.
Our RSVP and No-Show Policy:
To ensure everyone has an opportunity to enjoy our group events, please only RSVP when you know your availability and intend to participate. We know plans can change, and appreciate that your RSVP can change and that you'll keep it current.
We have a simple no-show policy. If something happens and you can not make an event, change your status to "not going," or contact the host to let them know. No-shows prevent others from attending and can impact the restaurants we patronize. If you have two no-shows, you will be removed from the group.
Our Waitlist and Late Drop-out Policy:
Members are responsible for keeping their RSVP's current, to allow full participation at our events and ensure seats don't go empty. RSVP's close 48 hours before the start of each event, which means that if anyone cancels after that time, the next person on the wait list will NOT automatically be moved onto the "going" list. If you are confirmed for an event and cancel less than 48 hours in advance, it will be considered a late drop-out. After three such occurrences, we reserve the right to ask you to take a break from the group until you can attend the events you sign up for.
Even if you're on the waitlist, please keep your RSVP current. There is typically quite a bit of movement in the days before an event, so please be watching to see if you make the "going" list. We recommend using the Meetup app and set it to receive notifications, so you can get the most up-to-date information on each event, as well as organizer messages.
