We know that all snow ❄️ flakes and finger prints are different. After 20 + years as a mortgage professional I can also attest that every mortgage is also different. We all have our own individual “mortgage puzzle”. We also are all at different stages of our life, and we all have different pieces to our puzzle. Some of us are trying to figure out our 1st puzzle, the goal of a first time home ownership. And some of us are trying to figure out how to get to next step, the next goal. The purpose of this meeting is to provide a relaxed atmosphere for everyone to feel comfortable and to educate.
There will be valuable information shared about credit, how to establish it, improve and perfect it.
We will review the types of mortgages, including FHA, Conventional and VA.

A little about myself. My professional career started in 1998, and for the next 7 years I was a member and a floor trader on the American Stock Exchange. I was blessed to be mentored by some of the smartest people in the world. For the last 20 years I have worked for several mortgage banks, and over the years have consistently added to my education and knowledge about the real estate and mortgage industry.
