What we’re about
Single File is a small group based in Bloxham, Oxfordshire, for unattached people over 50 living in North Oxfordshire and neighbouring counties (within approx. 15 miles of Bloxham) offering members the opportunity to arrange and attend a wide variety of social activities. During the summer months the emphasis is on outdoor activities such as walking, garden visits, country shows etc. but there are no restrictions to what you can do. Meals out and in members' homes and gardens, cinema and theatre trips, museums, art exhibitions, concerts etc. are all possible. Events are arranged by the members for the members and a requirement is to arrange at least 3 events a year.
Membership costs £10 for 6 months and the group is non-profit-making. You are invited to come along to up to 2 events before paying your membership fee and then your member status will be upgraded to Event Organiser.
