Beat the Monday blues with a fun, friendly run + social! A 2km for those that are more about the social or a 5 km at a relaxed pace for the more experienced runners. This isn’t a race. We’ll run together, chat, and enjoy being outside.Post-Run Coffee:

Back by Popular Demand! Our last singles comedy night sold out and honestly, we had such a giggle, met so many brilliant people, and laughed until our cheeks hurt that we just had to do it again! Spaces are limited, so book your tickets now and grab your spot before they go.
This November join us for a laid-back singles night at The Crown in St Albans, combining great company, laughter, and live comedy.Wednesday 12th November, 7–11pm
- From 7pm: Meet in our reserved area for drinks and mingling.
- 7.45pm: We’ll head through for Jest Another Comedy (no reserved seating—first come, first served).
- In between acts & after the show: Our singles meet-up continues back in the pub…chat, connect, and share a good laugh.
Expect a fun evening where you can get out of the house, meet new people, and enjoy a jolly good time.
