Well, for starters, we obsess over our dating events and aim to provide unique one-night experiences. We offer speed dating events for singles in Winnipeg that have an energetic, exciting, and fast-paced dynamic that steers clear of traditional speed dating tropes.Speed Dating Winnipeg Events!
Here’s the run down of our in-person speed dating Winnipeg events: After purchasing a ticket to an event, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team once it has been processed. Keep an eye out on your inbox! On the day of the speed dating event, prepare your best outfit and talking points (remember, first impressions are key). Be prepared to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the speed dating event begins. Our host will be there to check you in and provide you with a scorecard when you arrive. Feel free to take the first quarter of the event to sit back, relax, and mingle with the other guests. We encourage you to grab a drink at the bar at this time too (a little liquid confidence or refreshing beverage never hurts).So…how does speed dating work?
Once everyone is in attendance and settled in, we like to start our Winnipeg speed dating events with a little ice breaker game to warm everyone up.
After the ice breakers are finished, let’s start the speed dating! You’ll be seated in front of a potential match with 8 minutes to get to know one another. Feel free to talk about whatever you want, but we always recommend you keep it lighthearted and professional (don’t do anything we wouldn’t do). Once time is up, the ladies remain seated and the gents move down a spot and take a seat at the table of their next potential match.
Once you’ve spoken to everyone, that’s it, you’re done—great job! Make sure your scorecard is filled out correctly, hand it back to our host, and leave the rest to us.
However, just because the event is over doesn’t mean your night has to be! Feel free to stay for a drink (or two). Kick back, relax, and maybe chat further with some of the other daters from our speed dating event. Within 48 hours you will hear back from us via email with exciting news about your potential matches from our speed dating event.*Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. Our events allow for a 2 year leeway on the age range listed (so long as you are 18 years of age at the time of the event).
**Please note - we have zero tolerance towards poor etiquette of any kind, including leaving an event at any point prior to its completion.
