Free and easy, simple sitting meditation, non-affiliated active living mindfulness training, and pleasant discussion.
If you are interested in finding like minded individuals wishing for a calm place to relax and open your heart, then this is the group for you. All levels of meditation experience and spiritual practice are welcome.
Join us as we attempt to find the stillness within. Each mindfulness training event is unique and is created within a day or so of the event to respond to the current world around us.

Most meditation sessions are online using the Zoom platform. Other sessions may be available as schedule allows. The event schedule will be updated as sessions are scheduled.
Individual meditation or mindful sessions are available, please message Benjamin to arrange a time.
It has been asked whether or not we accept donations or require a fee to attend, we do not. All events are free to attend.
