Skagit Hikers

Skagit Hikers is a group of outdoors enthusiasts who enjoy exploring God's rich creation along the many trails in the Pacific Northwest. We rejoice in God's creation as heaven on earth! All adult ages and stages are welcome to join the group, but please refer to linked hike information to determine if a particular hike is suitable for you and your family. In addition, hikers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be responsible for the minor's wellbeing on the hikes.

Group guiding principles:

1. No promotions or spam-

Give more than you take to this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links are not allowed.

2. Respect everyone's privacy-

Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

3. Be kind and courteous-

We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment among hiking enthusiasts and encouraging participation. Let's treat everyone with respect and encouragement.

4. All posts should be hiking related-

All member posts should be related to hiking and experiencing God's creation in the outdoors. Please limit posts to the hiking focus, photos from past hikes and inquiries about future hikes.
