A running group for those, who maybe one day loved to run, were in running shape, and want to get back into it. Also, if you've ever wanted to run with an accountability buddy, and been worried you're too slow, or if you're hanging on that couch, and you know you wanna run.
This group requires no experience, no prior running knowledge what-so-ever. As someone who once ran a lot, and then life happened, and haven't run on a regular basis since, I'm back to square one, and looking for others who want to make it to square two, maybe even square 3.
