  • Mobility - gentle sequences to increase joint flexibility and ease of movement.
    *Balance - poses that help improve stability and coordination in a safe supportive environment
    *Foundational Poses- Learn and revisit key Yoga postures with attention to alignment and breath.
    *Restorative Elements- End with calming stretches and relaxation techniques to restore energy and reduce stress.
    This class is accessible to everyone regardless of fitness level and modifications are offered to meet individual needs. Whether you're a beginning your yoga journey or looking for a grounding practice this class provides a welcoming space to connect mind and body.
