What we’re about
If you love to drink tea and live near Snohomish County, then this group is for you. We will be learning about tea, visiting tea rooms and shops, hosting tea parties, and enjoying good conversations.
Most events will take place in and around Snohomish County with a few in King or Skagit counties. There is a $10/year fee to cover meetup costs. There is a 90-day trial before the fee is due.

For April we will be partaking in a special event - a Japanese Tea Ceremony at the Seattle Japanese Garden. This is a 40-minute reservation. Please arrive on time (plan for traffic delays/parking). Cost is $15 per person and does NOT include admission to the garden. Please pay via Venmo me (@MonicaCO) to secure your spot.
Please note the expectations for this event: 1) we will sit on tatami mats, 2) no bare feet, 3) must wear masks inside garden/hut; and 4) no jeans, rings, or personal fragrances.
I will meet the group outside the tea ceremony location.

Tea Ceremony — Seattle Japanese Garden - Afternoon Tea in EdmondsMel and Mia's, Edmonds, WA
For May, we will head over to Mel and Mia's in Edmonds. This cute cafe has it's own separate tea room. There are two options - High Tea ($33) or Afternoon Tea ($42) tea - see menu link below. Payment is due to the restaurant at the time of the service. Note: There is a $5 cancellation fee if less than 24 hours' notice is given. I have secured this reservation with my credit card so please keep your status updated. Thank you.
