What weâre about
đż Somatic Healing and Embodiment
Welcome to Somatic Healing and Embodimentâa space to come home to your body, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and learn powerful tools for emotional healing and nervous system regulation.
This group is for anyone whoâs ready to: ⨠Stop overthinking and start feeling more grounded
⨠Learn body-based techniques to release stress and anxiety
⨠Build a loving, trusting relationship with your emotions and body
⨠Explore the magic of embodiment in a fun, safe, and supportive way
We host both in-person gatherings (in nature or cozy community spaces) and Zoom trainings, where you'll experience gentle, trauma-informed practices like:
- Nervous system regulation
- Somatic resourcing and grounding
- Guided movement and breathwork
- Emotional processing techniques
- Seasonal energy shifts and spiritual embodiment
Whether you're brand new to somatic work or already on your healing path, this group is a space to learn, grow, shake things off, and come aliveâone breath and one body cue at a time.
Come join us and get out of your head and back into your sparkle â¨
